If you put a diving board at the end of your deck and a pool, you, Megan, and Egon can have diving contests right out of your back door! It just sounds like a neat idea to exit the house.
Did all that lettuce come from your garden?? It's beautiful. I haven't even planted my lettuce seeds yet! That cake looks so very very very very very very good. I think Megan likes her new kitchen.
Deck is coming along really well. Very professional looking job. Are you going to make the steps the same width as the deck. That would look really cool and leave Megan lots of room to put pretty pots of plants!
We cheated a little on the lettuce, we bought 12 little plants of mesclun mix and planted them in a new raised bed. It seems like enough for the two of us, especially with the cool rainy weather. We're also growing beets and snow peas, as well as a couple tomato plants(thanks Val). Megan is most excited about the blueberry bush we bought 2 years ago, as it is finally going to supply us with an ample harvest this year.

I would do that, but only if it were a pool of Snapple...
