Windy!

2 am: the wind is throwing garbage cans all over the neighborhood. I went out onto the front steps to bring our recycling bins inside, and found it to be 63 degrees. A bit spooked by the eeireness of all this, I found it hard to go back to sleep. I turned on the lights and sat down on the couch to read an old instruction manual or something. I looked over at the dog briefly, and saw that he levitating his holiday-colored rubber squeaky bone. I figured as long as I was dreaming I might as well go down in the basment and check on my lifetime's supply of chocolate pudding. It wasn't there. All that was left was a pile of coarsely shredded cardboard and a scattering of some fine brown powder. Darn cats.

Eerie weather there? Really eerie creepy spooky here. Got up to go to work on Thursday and saw nothing but white....white ice on the trees, white snow on the ground and white fog as thick as cotton swirling around everywhere. It looked just like the apocalypse. I think the fog kept all the sound away because everything was so eerily quiet. It was like that all day. Really spooky day. Sort of like the end of the world. Great pic of my grand-dog Egon. Spooky character.
